Always Listen, Walk On The Pavement And Always Hold A Grown Up’s Hand
Road Safety Story
One day Tufty was walking along the road, then he saw Lucy Listen appear in front of him and she said “listen”.
Then Tufty said “I can hear a Lorry”. Percy Pavement and Handy Hold appeared and said “What things do you do when you know a vehicle is approaching?”
Tufty said “walk on the pavement and hold a grown up’s hand!” “Yes” said Handy Hold and Percy Pavement.
So Tufty got to the pavement safe, and the lorry drove past.
